This Pension is owned by a lovely couple from North Wales. They are very knowledgeable about walks and mountain bike rides in the area and have maps to give out. The rooms are a good size. There is a games room and a TV lounge downstairs with a selection of DVDs. The breakfast selection is typically Austrian and good. The first night we ate at the Pension and Debbie's cooking was great. The other two nights we were given good recommendations for local restaurants.

Owners are extremly kind! I arrived at 10pm (instead of 7.30) after long motorcycle ride, and they even served me diner!what I did not expect at that time. Diner was good on top of this! The room was very clean, and the ratio comfort/price is excellent.

We loved the location of the hotel, just a short drive from the ski slopes. The breakfast was freshly made and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was ample and the hotel facilities were perfect for our group.

Quiet place. Real dark at night, so that you could really see stars in the skies. Good access. Debbie is very fine.
Breakfast was a bit simple, but okay. No fridge in rooms.

Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal for our needs as we were only here a few nights. The staff Gabrielle and Rolan here were very friendly and helpful and flexible for my wifes diet needs. The location is quiet and had some nice views. We had our own balcony overlooking the mountains. The beds were really comfortable. The use of their cycles was appreciated as we had arrived by motorcycle.
A facility in the room to make tea / coffee would have been nice. To us the decor was dated but was very clean and tidy.

Absolutely nothing.
The place is a complete rip off. To begin with we stayed there 4 nights and they NEVER cleaned the room! We had to go and beg them for toilet paper since they never sent any cleaning personal to the room! The place used to be run by Debbie and Spencer but they sold to another couple Joseph and Sophia who are so lousy that they have not even bothered to change the names on the welcoming brochure you find in the room. We had ordered a dinner the first evening we arrived and they served us a disgusting microwave food which was impossible to eat and they charged us for that 15 E each! The website boasts a great choice of activities and facilities. Rubbish! They list horse riding. When asked they said they knew nothing about it. They sent us to the tourist info office. We could write a lot more but we stop here. If you want to stay in a run down hostel and pay as for a hotel this is your place.

Loved my stay! The hosts were so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I woke up to stunning views of the mountains every morning. The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk to the ski bus stop, and the ski storage room was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Plus, the cozy chill-out area with the fireplace was the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes.
Can't think of anything negative to say! Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay.
